Amy Long has served SILC as the Associate Director for Greek Life programs since the summer of 2009. In this position she serves as the primary supervisor to the Greek life staff and oversees all major programs related to fraternities and sororities. Her primary responsibilities also include serving as the IFC and PHA peer judicial boards advisor, communicating regularly with chapter advisors, house corporation board volunteers, house directors and inter/national headquarters staff members for all registered Greek organizations. 

Prior to her arrival at KU, Amy served as the Greek life at the University of Oregon and in Residence life at Luther College. Amy is committed to the fraternal values movement and has served for over 10 years as a national volunteer for Sigma Kappa Sorority. Amy was recently recognized as the woman staff member of the year at KU for 2014. 

Amy is in her sixth year as a Leadership Studies instructor.
