How to Add the Leadership Studies Minor: 

Interested in adding the Leadership Studies Minor (LSM) to your degree? You’ll need to complete two steps to officially add the minor: 

1. Complete the Leadership Studies Minor Application 

• Start by completing the Leadership Studies Minor Application.  

2. Officially add the minor to your degree plan 

• After completing the LSM application, you must also submit a Change of Major/Minor/Certificate (MMC) form through the KU Registrar. 
  • Program and Plan Changes | Office of the University Registrar
• You can find the MMC form on the KU Registrar’s Program and Plan Changes page. Tip: Scroll down the page to find the form. 

Important: Completing the Leadership Studies Minor Application does not automatically add the minor to your degree plan. Your LSM will not be officially added until you also complete the MMC form.
